Founded by two partners — one with 40 years of Galata heritage, and the other from a Thessaloniki family raised with a passion for ice cream and desserts — Peyra unites craftsmanship and tradition, blending Italian gelato artistry with Anatolian flavors. Just like Galata, Peyra is both local and cosmopolitan — a true Levantine soul.
In the heart of Beyoğlu, we’ve reimagined the traditional ice cream culture with a modern touch. In this historical district, once filled with Italian merchants and eastern artisans, we brought together Italian gelato and Eastern inspiration.
